But in the bodyguard's case, the guy is singer Howie Day and the girl is Britney Spears. The hotel room is trash-stewn with beer bottles, clothes, half-eaten plates of food and something powdery and white, says Tony Barretto. This is all after a stay in rehab, where Day and Spears apparently met. Barretto, who is repped by Philly-bred and camera-ready Gloria Allred, told it all to the judge and to the News of the World. The judge ordered Spears to straighten up and undergo drug tests. She had her first, and she came out crying.
