Abbreviated

Local guy Vincent "Don Vito" Margera, uncle of local MTVer Bam Margera, has been charged with 12 felony counts for violating conditions of his bail. Margera is awaiting trial on charges filed last year accusing Don Vito of fondling two teenage girls in Colorado. A hearing on the bail violations is set for Sept. 6.

Police logs refer to the 911 call from Owen Wilson's house as a suicide attempt.
