Inmate #9818783 (Paris Hilton) chatted up Ryan Seacrest last night, and the image rehab continues helped along by the L.A. city attorney who became Hilton's nemesis. Attorney Rocky Delgadillo not only has a wife who had her own traffic problems, but reports now say the Delgadillo used staff to babysit the kids. Meanwhile, NBC denies paying $1 million for an interview with Hilton, but ABC sources say it was engaged in a bidding war to nail the TV chat.
